Vaibet is an AI-powered football statistics and analysis tool designed to help users make more informed betting decisions. The Service provides model-based probability estimates, value bet identification, and historical tracking features.

Vaibet does not place bets on your behalf. All outputs are informational only and should not be treated as financial, investment, or betting advice.

2. Eligibility

3. Accounts

• Vaibet offers a free trial and paid subscription tiers (Standard and Pro)
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been materially used
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Share, resell, or redistribute analysis outputs commercially
• Abuse the free trial by creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis or probability estimates
• That use of the Service will result in profitable betting outcomes
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform

All betting involves risk. Past model performance is not indicative of future results.
