• Payment data: subscription tier and payment status — card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored by us
• Technical data: authentication tokens issued by Supabase for session management

• To enforce usage limits based on your subscription tier
• To improve the accuracy of our betting models over time

4. Legal Basis for Processing

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following trusted third parties to operate the service:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting (EU/US)
• Stripe — payment processing (EU/US)
• Anthropic — AI analysis (your bet data is sent to generate analysis; Anthropic does not store it for training)
• API-Football — football statistics and fixture data

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and bet history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your personal data including bet history is permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification of inaccurate data
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests

8. Cookies

Vaibet uses essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session tokens). These are required for the service to function and do not require consent under PECR. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and JWT-based authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
